As always the team at Bunny Nips answered my phone call immediately. The woman on the phone was awesome and patient as I explained my several dilemmas in what choice to make for the 3 different nip packs I needed. She told me to ALWAYS leave a note on my orders with anything I might need specially. She said "We never mind hand picking a special order for our customers & I love talking with my customers directly bc then I get to know their needs! So pls always call with any questions or issues!"
Feeding bats is tricky, but this product made a huge difference. My bat latched easily and fed without issues.
The Bat Nips are very well made. The flow is perfect for tiny mouths and feeding is much more controlled.
I was struggling to find the right feeding tool for bats, but this one was a perfect fit. Highly recommend!
So happy with these Bat Nips! It made feeding so much easier and less stressful for both me and the bat.
