When you place an order with The Original Bunny Nip, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization or wildlife rehabilitation center, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Product Information and Use
Our feeding nips are designed specifically for wildlife rehabilitation professionals and individuals caring for orphaned or injured animals. The Original Bunny Nip has undergone 23 years of research, design, and testing to replicate natural feeding conditions. Our products are patent pending and manufactured from 100% food grade materials.
While we stand behind the quality and safety of our products, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in wildlife rehabilitation. Each animal's needs are unique, and proper feeding techniques should always be followed under guidance from experienced wildlife rehabilitators or veterinarians.
You agree to use our products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations governing wildlife rehabilitation in your jurisdiction.
Order Acceptance and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance by The Original Bunny Nip. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you complete your order. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed with the order or cancel it.
Payment
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Continental United States
We offer free shipping to all addresses within the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally take 5 to 10 business days from shipment.
International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. International shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. These fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.
International delivery times vary by destination and can take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days depending on customs processing and local delivery services.
Local Delivery
For customers in our local service area, we offer direct delivery options. Local delivery fees and availability will be shown at checkout if you qualify based on your shipping address.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will replace or refund your order as appropriate.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Product Warranties
Our products are manufactured to high standards using food grade materials designed to resist discoloration, degradation, and deformation. However, as with any feeding equipment, normal wear and tear will occur with regular use.
We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will replace it at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any consequential damages or injuries.
Limitation of Liability
The Original Bunny Nip and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
While our products are designed for wildlife rehabilitation, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Wildlife rehabilitation carries inherent risks, and you assume all responsibility for the care and welfare of animals in your custody.
Intellectual Property
All content on The Original Bunny Nip website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and product names, is the property of The Original Bunny Nip and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our feeding nip design is patent pending.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

We collect and use your personal information only as necessary to process your orders and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill your orders or as required by law.
