The Original Bunny Nip is committed to getting your products to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy for important information about how we process and ship orders.
 

Order Processing

 

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If you need expedited processing, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Continental United States Shipping

 

We are pleased to offer free shipping to all addresses in the continental United States, including all 48 contiguous states. This includes standard ground shipping via our preferred carriers.

Delivery times for continental U.S. orders typically range from 5 to 10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier service. Rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. These locations are subject to international shipping rates.

 

International Shipping

 

We ship to customers around the world and are proud to support wildlife rehabilitators globally. International shipping fees are calculated based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

International delivery times vary significantly by destination and typically range from 10 to 30 business days. Factors affecting delivery time include customs processing, local postal service efficiency, and the shipping method selected.

 

Customs and Import Duties

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total or shipping fees.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential charges. We cannot predict or control these fees, and we cannot mark packages as gifts or alter declared values to avoid customs charges, as this would violate international shipping regulations.

Packages refused due to customs fees or returned to us due to customs issues may be subject to restocking fees and will not receive full refunds for shipping costs.

 

Local Delivery

 

For customers in our immediate service area, we offer local delivery options. Availability and fees for local delivery are shown at checkout if you qualify based on your shipping address.

Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. We will contact you to coordinate a delivery time that works for your schedule.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We ship to the address you provide at checkout and cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

For international orders, please include your phone number in the shipping address. Many international carriers require a contact number for delivery.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and any building management. Some carriers mark packages as delivered when they reach your local postal facility. If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

 

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, shipping damage can occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products and contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

All claims for damaged or lost shipments must be made within the specified timeframes. We cannot process claims for damage or loss reported after these periods.

 

Undeliverable Packages

 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping, including any applicable shipping fees.

If we cannot reach you or you do not wish to have the package reshipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can modify or cancel it at no charge. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may return it according to our Returns and Refunds policy.

 

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

 

During peak seasons, including November through January and around product launches, order processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early if you need products by a specific date.

We will post any holiday shipping deadlines on our website to help you plan your orders.
